 Getting Started


Note: Only side sewer repair permits are accepted through this online interface.

You must have an existing Escrow (advanced deposit) Account to apply online. If you do not have an account, download the form (195kb pdf) and contact the DPD Cashier Counter at (206) 386-9780 to set one up.

This is not a "real time" application, as the data you enter must be processed by staff. Online permits are generally issued within 24 hours.
